TCWS streamlines your payment process by printing the complete cheque details including the MICR Line (cheque number, sort code, bank account etc i.e. the numbers found at the bottom of each cheque), remittance details and cheque signatures on to blank security A4 cheque paper 'in the one pass'. The cheque is then ready for mailing!

Remove the need for multiple blank cheque stock - one base stock for all accounts!

An unlimited number of Bank accounts and Companies can be set-up in the configuration section of TCWS and provided a bank code identifier is included in the interface file from your accounting system we can process and print cheques from multiple bank accounts providing excellent efficiency gains and cost savings by using blank security cheque stock vs. pre-printed cheque stock. Blank cheque stock can be used for any of the company's bank accounts therefore reducing the amount of storage space required for pre-printed cheque stock inventory and the necessary administrative processes surrounding the administration of semi-negotiable cheque paper.

User definable payment layout styles!

TCWS can produce different payment or credit configurations including; Remittance / Cheque; Letter / Cheque; Letter / GIRO; Invoice / Credit Slip; 3 on a page cheques; for example, all formats are pre configured and completely user definable for maximum flexibility and you can have different configurations for different accounts.

Remittance page overflow management!

Remittance overflow pages can be re-directed to a separate printer, a different printer tray with plain A4 paper and with the overflow process being intelligently managed making it easier to send out cheques with remittance overflow pages.

Multiple printer locations and print loading intelligence!

Several printers can be assigned in the TCWS software so the print loading intelligence can be utilised which can direct 30% of the print job to one printer and 70% to the other for example.

Compatibility with major accounting/payroll systems!

TCWS is compatible with all financial software systems including bespoke systems.
